    “We didn’t have control over the heating system, which on arrival was cold.”

    But thank you to Colin for upping the temperature remotely. A few minor maintenance issues, including carpet stains, bathroom sink plug missing, and loose door handles, but these did not detract from an otherwise comfortable stay.
