The property

Barras Cottage is a fabulous holiday cottage comfortable and a pleasure to stay in, perfect for all sorts of holidays.

Just a stone's throw away from the edge of the Menai Strait with an ever-changing view and the splendid backdrop of Snowdonia, you will find it difficult to tear yourself away! Enter the cottage via the sunroom and be welcomed into the open plan cosy interior, here you will find you have a small sitting room with TV and windows with views out across the garden, there’s a dining area with table and chairs which will sit up to four people.The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to do a little home cooking, there’s an electric hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave and toaster.The utility has a washing machine/dryer and bread-maker. You reach the spacious downstairs twin room through the kitchen, next to the large family bathroom.This has a sunken bath, hand held shower attachment, loo and wash hand basin.

Fully tiled for those excited bath times after a sandy day on the beach. Head upstairs from the dinning area where you will find the tranquility of a comfortable double bedroom with fantastic views, including a dressing area and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower, loo and wash basin. Outside is an enclosed garden with apple and pear trees to enjoy when in fruit.Ample parking for cars. A great little cottage for all ages, bright, light and a stone's throw from the Menai Strait, walk to Foel Farm Park and the Sea Zoo to tire the little ones out or nip to the Halen Mon Salt Works for a tour and a bite to eat! Brynsiencyn is located on the south west of Anglesey where you are close to many attractions, you can walk to Straits, go horse riding or a short drive away you can take an exciting rib ride on the Menai Strait, have relaxing beach days, travel to the mainland to hike in the mountains or explore a Castle or two!

A small village nestled on the banks of the Menai Straits on the Isle of Anglesey. Brynsiencyn is small yet delightful, hosting a shop, Post Office, a lovely village pub, a cafe and a takeaway. The village boasts some incredible views towards the delightful town of Caernarfon over the Menai Straits and even the dominant Snowdonia Mountain Range in the distance. There is plenty to do on the thriving island of Anglesey, the popular attractions of Anglesey Sea Zoo and Foel Farm are just a stones throw away, apart from this there are tonnes of spectacular beaches and history to be discovered. The tourist destinations of Beaumaris, Bangor and Caernarfon are all nearby and are all well worth a visit.
