Very clean and beautifully decorated and very warm and cosy. Dishwasher came in handy and very convenient. An iron would be helpful but understand if this is not possible. There was only two saucepans and a wok,a frying pan would have been preferable if wanting a cooked breakfast.Bleach and pan scourers needed.Take your own cafetier,radio and bedside clock and sit back and enjoy Amolca,you won’t want to leave.

I am sorry you found the seats uncomfortable they did have the same padded cushions as when the white table and chairs were there. Sadly previous guests thought the white table to big. I have taken on board your remark about not enough cupboard space for food, and even though no one has previously mentioned this, even when staying for 2 weeks I will rectify with a wall cupboard. The pictures are an accurate description of the property. The space inside is beautifully arranged to make full use of what is available. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to make a lovely meal (apart from perhaps a wok but that is a very personal thing). And then the views!!!! What can one say. They are spectacular. The weather was good when we stayed and we did a lot of walking. All in all we enjoyed this holiday very much.

“We enjoyed our holiday very much ,the reason we probably will not use Sykes again is the way we were tret last year when our holiday was cancelled I spent 8 hours in total trying to get through to Sykes when I did the response was we could not get our deposit back, and was told to book for next year I said we are over 80 years of age and may not be able to make next year also i might not be driving, but to no avail.”

Has it happened we did make it this year but Im not happy with Sykes.

The property

Perched high on Mynydd Eilian (Eilian Mountain) this apartment is situated in a picturesque rural location on the north eastern corner of Anglesey.

It has panoramic views over Point Lynas Lighthouse and the ocean.

On clear days you can even see the Isle of Man.

A major feature of the apartment, which is attached to the Owners house, is the wonderful large garden that they would be delighted for you to make full use of.

The large Mediterranean terrace is gorgeous and with lawned and patio areas and a variety of garden furniture you can follow the sun!

If you can tear yourself away from the views there are many walks to explore and a variety of pebbly coves and sandy are beaches an easy drive away. The entrance hall has stairs that lead up to the apartment, which is all on one level.

Comfy sofa, TV, a modern kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, larder fridge, microwave and toaster and table and chairs for two. There is a double bedroom with a handy dressing table. The shower room has a spacious shower, loo and wash hand basin.

About the location

LLANEILIAN

Amlwch 2 miles; Moelfre 7 miles.

A scattered, rural village situated close to the cliffs of Point Lynas and the little bay of Porth Eilian, on the beautiful north coast of Anglesey. Llaneilian stands amidst lovely countryside, which is perfect for scenic walks and cycle rides, but is perhaps best known for its lighthouse built in 1835, and its small, attractive shingle and sand beach, which is sheltered by cliffs and headland making it perfect for swimming, boating, fishing and other water sports. Just 2 miles west is the old port of Amlwch, the most northerly town in Wales, and Parys Mountain, where visitors can enjoy the Copper Mine Trail Walk amidst the old ruins of what was once the world's largest copper mine in the 18th century. Amlwch's harbour dates back to the Middle Ages and once was a thriving port. There is excellent fishing and golf nearby as well as beautiful sandy beaches and spectacular cliff top walks. Enjoy the medieval town of Beaumaris, with its 13th century moated castle, museums, excellent shops, pubs and restaurants, take a day trip into Snowdonia or visit Dublin from the nearby port of Holyhead.
